Kakaako Art Walk

Another fun project for The Art Loft – this Fall they’ll be starting street art tours of Honolulu’s upcoming arts district – Kaka’ako. I was tasked with creating posters and flyers to announce the art walk and here’s what I came up with.

Every year POW!WOW!Hawaii re-does the neighborhood with murals in an attempt (a successful one, imo) to revitalize Kaka’ako and bring in both tourists and locals alike. I used pictures of the murals both finished and in progress – the pink haired-woman is painted on the building where The Art Loft is located!
